Personal information that is shared by delegates and volunteers with the University of British Columbia Model United Nations Secretariat (Organizing Committee) is strictly confidential.  Such information is used solely for logistical purposes of planning and organizing the upcoming/current UBCMUN conference.  The UBCMUN Secretariat operates as a subsidiary of the University of British Columbia's International Relations Student Association (IRSA), and both organizations respect your right to privacy. 

Personal information that you may have shared with UBCMUN includes your school, address, phone number, and e-mail address.  We do not rent, sell, or otherwise transfer personally-identifiable information to any third party, unless compelled to do so by local law.
